Made from hundreds of hollow polyester microfilaments, it protects the body from low temperatures. Its special composition permits natural evaporation of perspiration, meaning the garment dries very quickly, leaving the skin dry all the time. Body temperature stays constant and energy consumption is reduced, improving the cyclist’s performance. The fabric is also subject to an anti-bacteria and anti-odour treatment that resists wear and washing.

The main characteristic of this "intelligent" material is active temperature balancing thanks to schoeller®-PCM™ microcapsules. This works thanks to PCM (Phase Change Material) technology developed for NASA. At certain temperatures, PCM materials change their aggregate condition, in practice undergoing a change of phase: from liquid to solid and vice versa.

This means that even when the temperature changes the wearer never feels too cold or too hot. Active balancing ensures the wearer’s personal comfort climate. The other characteristics of this techno material are just as valuable and useful: breathability, capacity to regulate perspiration, odour neutralisation thanks to an anti-microbe finish, resistance to washing, cleaning and ironing.

Special three-layer, two-way stretch, water-repellent, breathable fabric with a high resistance to abrasion. The elasticity of this fabric and its abrasion resistance make it an optimum product for extremely comfortable high-performance technical garments.

Biophyl is the brand of fabrics made with PTT yarn, a special polymer similar to Polyester, derived mainly from corn sucrose, eco-sustainable and environmentally friendly.

ART. 11489 e1 ABSORPTION
Article 11489 has been developed by Eschler AG, Swiss leader in the production of technical knits. It is made from one of the fabrics from the e1 Absorption line that actively regulate perspiration without drying out the skin, guarantee hygiene and a pleasant skin-friendly sensation. A light 130g/m² fabric with an elastic structure and good breathability, made using anti-bacteria yarns. Article 11489 is made from recycled polyester with low environmental impact. The fabric is also bluesign approved, certification obtained through respect of strict rules during the production process in full respect of the environment and energy savings. Excellent UV protection.

11218 E3 PROTECTION
Fabric 11218 is an exclusive product from Christian Eschler AG, a Swiss company that is a leader in the production of technical fabrics. Light 370g/m2 fleece in 2 layers that belongs to the e3 Protection category. Perfect for spring and mid-season temperatures. The special construction wicks away perspiration fast to give a dry feeling. Particularly elastic and with excellent resistance to abrasion. WR treatment for protection against the first drops of rain. Excellent air resistance with 100-200l/m2/s.

71222 E3+ PROTECTION PLUS
Fabric 71222 is an exclusive product of Christian Eschler AG, a Swiss company that is a leader in the production of technical fabrics. Light 130g/m2 fabric in 2.5 layers that belongs to the category e3+ Protection Plus. Has a modern breathable membrane that enables perspiration to escape quickly. Ensures total protection from water with 7,000 mm column. Excellent protection from wind with spray test 70. These features ensure protection even in severe atmospheric conditions.

Blister is a light 120g/m² fabric with an elastic structure and good breathability.
The fabric has been constructed to allow easy passage of air and keep the body dry at all times, even when pedalling hard.
During dyeing, Blister is treated to the highly technical Polygiene process which guarantees an extremely effective anti-bacteria action and gives the cyclist a hygienic, clean, cool sensation.

BIOPHYL™ products are made with a special polymer, similar to polyester, using corn sucrose instead of the normal petrol-based chemicals.
Bastogne fabric with Biophyl™ polymer offers additional values to the user: it’s easier to care for and has a unique soft handle and excellent stretch and recovery.

ST001 TEV DT is a highly technical performing fabric developed by Toray Industries.
It is an extremely waterproof breathable fabric, featuring a two and a half-layer construction and special internal lamination with stripe effect.

Highly technical performing fabric, ladderproof and brushed on the inside to guarantee constantly high levels of thermal insulation. Both warp and weft have excellent stretch properties thanks to the basic structure. It contains a percentage of carbon yarn, which makes the fabric bacteriostatic, protecting the skin from bacteria and polluting dust.
The carbon yarn also has also another highperformance characteristic, as it lowers the concentration of lactic acid during activity, improving blood circulation and cell oxygenation.
